How many portfolio companies can we bring?
Showcase capacity is up to 15 companies on Essentials, up to 25 on Hub and up to 40 on Elite. The portfolio sizes listed under each tier describe the programmes the package suits, not a limit on your programme — an Essentials partner running 25 companies brings its strongest 15 to the pavilion. Additional showcase slots can be added to any tier; ask us when you apply.
Do you provide visa assistance for international portfolio companies?
Yes. We provide visa invitation letters and guidance for all portfolio companies. The UAE offers visa-on-arrival for most countries.
What if some portfolio companies can't attend?
We can showcase companies virtually through digital displays and video presentations. Physical attendance is recommended but not required.
How are investor meetings curated?
We match portfolio companies with relevant investors based on stage, industry and investment thesis. All meetings are pre-qualified and scheduled.
What post-event support is provided?
Essentials: 30 days. Hub: 90 days. Elite: 6 months. Support includes follow-up coordination, deal facilitation and market entry assistance.
Can we customize our package?
